Just as secular universities are dependent upon the State to augment student fee income, so theological colleges rely on the support of the constituency they serve. Denominations levy their churches for this purpose. For a non-denominational college like WEST, which needs to raise up to a half of its income from sources other than student fees, life is more challenging. Within the UK, we mainly serve independent churches. Clearly, each of these must be convinced on an individual basis that WEST is a ministry worthy of their support.

So we are immensely grateful to God, not only for the increasing number of churches partnering with us in this way, but also for individual believers who have so encouraged us by their giving over the years. If you feel you can identify with our renewed vision, and share our passion for the training of those called to minister the Word of God, we should be delighted for you to join our family of supporters. All gifts will be swiftly acknowledged.

Donations will be used for the general running and upkeep of the School (General Fund). If, however, you wish to note a particular area of the work to which you would like the donation to be targeted, please indicate this in the ‘Area of Work’ box below

Use Gift Aid and you can make your donation worth more. For every pound you give to us, we get an extra 28 pence from the Inland Revenue. So just tick here. It’s that simple.

Yes. I want all donations I’ve made since 6 April 2007 and all donations in the future to be Gift Aid until I notify you otherwise. I confirm I pay an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax that West will reclaim on my donations in the tax year.

No. I would prefer not to make a Gift Aid declaration. Or I do not pay income tax or capital gains tax in the UK.
